Early Intervention Services

Part C Infant and Toddler Services

Part C provides FES services to children birth to age three who have a diagnosed physical or medical condition which has a high probability for developmental delay, or who are experiencing noticeable developmental delays in one or more of the following areas: cognitive development; physical development, including vision and hearing; speech and language development; psychosocial development; or self-help skills. Children and their families will essentially receive the same services as identified in our Family Education and Support (FES) services. In addition, the following services will be provided based upon the child’s and the family’s concerns and priorities and existing resources:

  • Nursing Services
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physical Therapy
  • Psychological Services
  • Social Work Services
  • Speech and Language Therapy
  • Transportation
