Donations to the Child Development Center enable us to provide services to individuals that are not covered through our regular funding sources. Some families who have benefitted from contributions have used the money to pay for additional training hours or respite care for their member with a disability, to purchase adaptive equipment, or to pay for therapy services (speech, physical, or occupational).
Living with a child or young adult who has a developmental disability can put financial pressures on a family far beyond the typical costs of child rearing. Also, there are times when safety demands exceed the family’s ability to provide. Contributions to the agency are used in these cases for items such as glasses, swim lessons, materials to fence a yard, and training materials and programs for the parents.

Donations are welcome and appreciated. Child Development Center is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization and your contributions are deductible by you to the extent provided in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
